Reservations
Reservations may be made by phone, mail, or email. A deposit is required to confirm reservations, and must be received within 10 days of the reservation request or the reservation will be canceled without notice. We accept Master Card, Visa, check or cash.

The rates below do not include sales tax (13%).

Rentals in the summer are only available by the week. (From Sunday to Sunday only)

Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am.

Cribs are available for no additional charge.​

No pets are allowed at the inn.

All rooms and porches are non-smoking.

Cancellation policy

45 days notice required for weekly stays

14 days notice required for 5-6 night stays

7 days notice required for stays up to 4 nights.

Cancelation fee is $25.

Parking policy

There is one parking space provided on site per rental unit.​

On-site parking is not available either before check-in, or after check-out times.

Additional parking is available in metered spaces across the street. Daily passes are $25 and can be purchased from the Town Parking Office at: www.towb.org/parking.
2024 Rates
During the months of June, July, and August, most rentals are for a minimum of one week, with the rental period running from Sunday to Sunday. Occasionally split weeks are available, with midweek and weekend rates. During the Spring and Fall seasons split weeks are often available at reduced shoulder season rates. The Inn is closed during the winter months.
